By providing your phone number and email address and checking the consent box on our giveaway sign-up form, you expressly authorize Fiddler's SugarHouse to send you recurring marketing text messages and emails about giveaways, events, specials, and promotions.
You may unsubscribe from email marketing at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email or by emailing us at contact@fiddlerssugarhouse.com.
Fiddler's SugarHouse generally operates on a walk-in basis, including Sunday brunch (10 AM – 3 PM). We do not accept individual table reservations. Group bookings of 10 or more guests, semi-private gatherings, and full venue buy-outs (capacity 200) are arranged by request — please call (801) 441-7260 or email contact@fiddlerssugarhouse.com.
Confirmed group bookings may require a deposit, food & beverage minimum, or signed agreement at our discretion. Cancellation terms will be communicated in writing at the time of booking.
Weekly events (Trivia Tuesday, Bingo Wednesday, Open Mic Thursday) and special events are subject to change, cancellation, or rescheduling at our discretion or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, force majeure, staff availability). We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes via our website and social media.
Participation in events is voluntary. Prizes, giveaways, and promotions are governed by their specific terms (posted on-site or online), are non-transferable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone for behavior we deem disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of Utah law or house rules.
Fiddler's complies with all Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services regulations. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any patron at our discretion, including those who appear intoxicated. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation home.
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Fiddler's SugarHouse, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our SMS or email programs, or your visit to our establishment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The website and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
