TCPA Compliance — SMS

In compliance with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fiddler's SugarHouse only sends marketing text messages to phone numbers that have provided express written consent via our giveaway sign-up form (or another opt-in channel). Consent to receive SMS marketing is not required to make a purchase, dine at our restaurant, or attend our events.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. After replying STOP you will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at contact@fiddlerssugarhouse.com.
• Frequency: Typically up to 4 messages per month; frequency may vary.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.

CAN-SPAM Compliance — Email

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, our marketing emails:

• Identify themselves clearly as commercial messages
• Include an accurate "From" name and a working subject line
• Contain our physical mailing address
• Include a clearly visible "unsubscribe" link in every email — opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days

4. Third-Party Service Providers

• Email service provider — handles delivery, list management, and unsubscribe tracking for our marketing emails.
• Hosting & CDN — Vercel hosts this website and our anniversary video; basic technical request data is processed by Vercel.
• Embedded services — Google Maps (embedded location) and Instagram (linked profile). These services may collect their own data per their privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law:

• Active subscribers: while you remain opted into SMS or email marketing.
